I can't believe it's possible to determine who's dumber; Bush or Palin. I.Q. scores don't go below zero, so at the worst they can only tie. Can't afford to lose in Afghanistan? What are we supposed to win? What we could have done with 4 trillion dollars we've wasted in two wars is beyond the realm of waste and ignorance.
