  • sorry i'm just curious... but doesn't it hurt??? cos knowing that there is something sticking out of my side just hurts... just curious... thanks ^_^

  • @lytez95 Short answer is yes and long answer is no. It can hurt sometimes from irritation or bumping it on something but it does not hurt like you would normally think something would just by sticking out of you. I hope this was helpful. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

  • @lytez95 It does not hurt unless I hit it on a counter or something like that. I have to say that it was really weird to think about at first, but now I think of it as normal.

  • Like, even though you're ostomated, you seem to have your life pretty much together. Could you ever have an ostomotomy (reversal/removal of your ostomy)? Good God!

  • @pantyflash I will have my ostomy for the rest of my life. A reversal is not an option. I have had to much of my intestine removed to consider that an option at this point.

  • Thank you SO much for this - your bravery is assisting so many students and so many people about to undergo surgery. x

  • @cheezercheezer1 Dude. Turn your brain on. If it wasn't gonna come out, why would anyone wear the bag??

  • what's your illness? you got a colon cancer and how old are you?

  • Brave man, but holy crap I was not ready for this :O

  • Thanks for this so much! I'm a nursing student and it really helps to see how a real person does this:)

  • Great video, thanks for sharing!

  • I am a RN and enjoyed your video. You have a great demonstration video. I think real people showing how to do something can encourage others more then just a nurse explaining it. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks, excellent lesson. Thanks for taking the time.
