I wonder if people realize nullification was a large part of what lead to the Civil War

Looking forward to see it. But change the freaking music, it gets on my nerves.

AWESOME! Can't wait until this is available, and we can get this in the hands of our local leaders and friends/family who need answers on how to defend liberty in their State. Let's rock!

@Panpiper And a better one than secession, imo.

@AndyWright68 I agree with you that the lesser of the evils is still evil. However movement towards liberty should still be encouraged, lest the movement be towards greater tyranny instead. Just because a movement does not achieve utopia in a single step, is not a reason to naysay the movement.
Nullification is a powerful tool in the arsenal of liberty.

@barccy Yes and no. Politicians need their tax cows and within the borders of the US, those tax slaves can move from one State to another. What nullification does is to insert an additional competitive pressure upon those politicians to have the most attractive State possible so as to attract and keep as many of them as possible. The best States will nullify the worst Federal laws, making themselves more attractive States and thereby attracting the most tax slaves.

We The People are The Power

Relying on the individual states to preserve liberty will likely lead to the same problem. It's still dependence on politicians.

Limited evil is still evil. Nullify statism. If everyone simply stopped giving others violent power over them we could be free to achieve a voluntary, cooperative, peaceful and truly free society. Limited government is like having a little cancer. If you want to solve the problem then you have got to get it ALL out!
