The pain in ur jaw maybe due to clenching... you maybe clenching in the night, due to the medication. Good luck on your journey!!!! I can't wait to see your results :)

How about if you are serious enough to take Phentermine that you make a better choice instead of a P'zone! Try a salad, of grilled chicken. It will give you better results, faster!

The first month you will feel racing heart, scratchy throat etc.. thats perfectly normal.
You cannot combine the two drugs you mentioned. you wil be fine on the phentermine alone.
