That's Not Me Chapter Two

"Alora!" I heard mom call from downstairs. I came into the kitchen and saw everyone gathered around the table, I took my usual seat between Nick and Frankie. Frankie was flopping dry cereal everywhere, typical. I looked at Mom, she was waving a letter in her hand "I have some very important news for you guys." Kevin raised his eyebrow, he's such a knob. "The Disney Channel somehow found your youtube videos, they want to meet with you guys in LA." Kevin, Joe and Daddy got up and hugged each other, Nick and I stayed in our seats. I knew exactly what Nick was thinking; We're moving to L.a. , we're exchanging our life here for a new one , we'd leave behind friends, family and everything we've ever known. "I'm not going." I announced, everybody's cheering stopped, I got up and pushed my seat in, running upstairs and slamming my door behind me. I sit on my bed, my head in my hands. Any normal nine year old would overjoyed to move away. Eager to start over, in a new town, a new state, with new people, but that's not me [A/N: like how I fit the title into that? ha !" But, I should be happy for us. Frankie can have the life we never had, or I never had anyway. I cried harder, I don't even know what to do. Sobs ripped from my chest uncontrollably. The door clicked and I looked up, it was nick, he pulled me into his arms. "It's alright, we don't have to go." I shook my head into his chest "No, we have to. This is the biggest thing that will probably ever happen to you and I'm not going to ruin that." He smiles, I can tell he's happy. He pushes away a few locks of hair that clung to my face back, his hands stinging me with cold. He turns away from me and coughs, he covers his mouth and runs down the hall. I walked downstairs, everybody was talking, I walked over to Kevin and sat on his lap. "Nick?" he questioned every ounce of my face [A/N: don't think that made sense but it sounded cool!" } I nodded, he looked away. "Are you coming with us?" Joe asked from behind me "Or do we have to leave you with Nana?" he tickled my sides "You guys wouldn't leave me here, would you daddy?" He looked up from his newspaper "Of course not Sissy." I smiled and heard a knock at the door. All three of us, kevin Joe and I looked at eachother. "I'll get it !" We yelled at the same time and raced to the door.
