@gorgeousdzastr Not going to argue my point anymore. Everyone that is in jail now must be put there for codes then, OK. Lawyers will always have business same with cops. You also know that 90+% of the cases are resolved by plea deals. Trials are slim, real slim. Most plea anyway because their lawyer can't even make a reasonable doubt in court. That is just the truth. Sorry and Good Luck. BTW did both State and Fed Agent. Locked up may under code/law made no difference what you call it.

127 cocky cops watched this video.

@NewOrleansBoy1970 I beg to differ with that assumption, Go look in your laws. DO not assume the "law" is for you. Do you work for the state? If not then how can a "PRIVATE" law apply to you?
Every CODE of LAW is a private law. It is NOT LAW. It is code OF law, NOT law.
He who knows not how to assert his rights HAS NONE. US citizens have no rights they have privileges yes. But who said you HAD to have a "LICENSE to travel"? SHOW me the law NOT a code of law.
-
@NewOrleansBoy1970 You are talking about Commercial "drivers". In fact the Traffic codes are very specific 'it is talking about "commercial" conveyance'. A "Private conveyance" is NOT under the statutes of the HWY act since it is NOT a commercial conveyance.
BUT most people don't know this .. (aka their rights)
Besides I don't ask people who don't know their rights WHAT the law says. I may know nothing at all, but I am no fool.

@gorgeousdzastr The license is a privilege. Your privilege can be revoked. ASK any DUI offender.
-
@gorgeousdzastr You do not need a warrant for EVERY arrest, absurdity
-
@gorgeousdzastr That is correct, you don't have to consent. If you denied the search, it depends on the circumstances IF (big IF) the evidence can be thrown out. YOU know the mobile conveyance laws. Not giving consent is good advise, BUT it makes no difference if the mobile conveyance laws are followed correctly.

@NewOrleansBoy1970 as far as the so called DOG is concerned, You still don't have to give your consent to search the car. PERIOD. If they DID find something after you denied them consent to search, everything (IF YOU KNOW THE LAW) can be thrown out. NO State can NOT convert a right into a privilege.
Know the law, KNOW your liberty.
Law is contract, contract makes the law, and consent makes the contract. I DO NOT CONSENT = NO CONTRACT
'without recourse'

@NewOrleansBoy1970 Resisting arrest? What is the charge for arrest to begin with? Was it a civil arrest or criminal arrest? The "license is NOT a contract between the state and holder. Supreme court rules above state code of law. Don't think that will fly with me in a court room.
IS it POSSIBLE to get a fair trial when there is a conflict of interest? NO.

@NewOrleansBoy1970 Not without a warrant The cops are making an unlawful arrest period Where is the warrant? There Must be a warrant for an officer to make an arrest. When an officer STOPS a car that BY LAW is an arrest. Where is the original (SIGNED affidavit) accusing BONA FIDE charging instrument to make the arrest? Of course they can do whatever they want (If they did it to me) BUT by the time I was done with them they would never be bond-able ALL about that bond and oath.
black kid- i dont consent to searches.
officer- not a problem we'll have a k9 unit here soon

Officer: "We've had a lot of problems with niggers stealing watermellons in this neighborhood-mind if I search the vehicle?"
Black Person: "All I have in the car is this five-piece from Church's and these Tech 9s..."
