Splendid game this one !! Nice and smooth and nice tight controls for the Speccy version. Spent plenty of time on this one. I wonder how hard a perfect round would be.........hmm...

Anyone remember the arcade version with the fire buttons on the end of the handlebars? Trying to press them with your little fingers was a pain in the arse. Well, fingers... maybe I should have tried pressing them with my arse.

It looked amazing back then and still looks good now .A perfect round would be some challenge. Think I'll give it a try to see.

I don't remember the arcade version, I was too busy playing speccy games.

This looks like a pretty cool conversion of the game. I've only played the NES and MegaDrive versions. Fun game, but it can be soooo frustrating at times.

They made a good job of it. I just wish the speed was easier to control. That's what costs you at certain points in the game.

Oh my. Its Thursday December 16th 2010. Spent some hours today remastering this dyed-in-the-wool classic. Im a 38 year old director of an IT company, I've got things I should be doing, Ive got a family that I should be paying more attention to, I've got dogs I should be walking and feeding, but today Spec Paperboy is the most important thing.

My son cant believe there are no continues. Or that we ever had fun playing these. Kids.
