@pupentaco Because Army EOD along with Marine EOD mainly go through the basic EOD training. Naval EOD go through jumping and diving so they are ready for any situation at hand.

@UsNavy1087 I'd have to disagree on a small point, I wouldn't say we answer to the Navy as much as we rely on them, just like every service out there relies on every other service to get their job done.
