This is the Papp Noble Gas Plasma Engine that runs on the five Noble Gases. No intake, no exhaust, developing tremendous torque and would run for approximately 7000 hours continously before refueling. Joe passed away in 1989, taking the Gas Formula with him.

  • Indeed the Rohner brothers fabricated the vertical and horizontal two cylinder Papp engines according to Dr. Gayle Gibson of Guymon, OK who bought the Papp engine collection at a Federal auction on Joe’s death. The vertical two was stolen from a government bonded storage facility and was never recovered, although there have been recent clues to it’s whereabouts. The horizontal two and the vertical are still in our possession. Some day maybe. . . . ? (Sorry Bob)

  • You might contact Dr. Lothar Schmitz @ the University fo California, LA. He is the foremost scientist in the US as to plasma technology and is very familiar with the Papp Plasma Engine technology.

    His e-mail is: lschmitz@ucla.edu

  • @flowerbower fossy babe,dont be like that.

  • @flowerbower thats your job editor,me no worry

  • @flowerbower fossy, your,e the only person on here crapping on about perpetual theory, the argument is in your mind mate, papps,s ideas may well be proven not to function in theory,i came her to see what i could learn no matter, all you,ve done is ridicule the idea, without i might add coming up with a system of motive force that is viable, like i said before ,there is no such word as can,t,people like you dont help science or new ideas period.

  • @benzzed Yep, completely lost it.

  • @benzzed I think that that is an admission that you have pretty much lost the argument.

  • @benzzed It's a pity that you don't spend more time on learning your own language: did you know that 'your' and you're are not interchangeable?

  • @benzzed A moving device with no losses would run forever. That is perfectly in accord with the first law of thermodynamics.

Any device that generated more energy than was put in would break the first and/or second laws.

Incidentally, I always like to use the term, 'perpetual motion', to remind people that it is still the same old con-game and that calling it 'free energy' is just a smokescreen.

  • @flowerbower trolly dolly
