NEVER cut into any meat after it has just stopped cooking;. All of the great juices and flavors spill out and it is not flavorful, or juicy when eaten.

How long can you keep chicken in the fridge? Could I cook a large batch Sunday and use it till Friday? I don't like cooking so I would rather do a batch and then come up with ways to use the leftovers.

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH. My fiance' and I recently moved together and until now, i've never cooked in my life! I followed your directions and the chicken was amazingggg, now we're both laying down STUFFED! lol. I made a side of rice (chicken & broccli flavored) and green beans, YUM! thank you so very much, cant wait to see more vids!
