sorry bud what actully is going on is, you know the whole thing with the lerner drivers at the mo, until that's sorted out its 100kmph once that is sorted it will be made a motorway think ti'll take 4-5 months

It's actually finished now
there have been at least five accidents on the old road in the last two weeks ....unessesarly iwould say the road is completly finished a while now all red tape as usual now they are saying it will be another while because some fool applied for planing permission for a dual carrigeway then built a motorway what sort of ejits are planning our roads....road safty where are they
