The one in front with the feathers is the Clan Chief. He is the only one allowed to wear feathers. I'm a member of Clan Gunn. In front are President of Clan Gunn of North America, Clan Gunn of New Zealand and Iain Gunn of Banniskirk, the Clan Gunn Commander. We haven't had a chief for almost 400 years because of a dispute as to who inherited the position.
