Third part (of five) of the 2006 documentary The Virus of Faith. Biologist and professor Richard Dawkins opines that the moral framework of religions is warped, and argues against the religious indoctrination of children. The title of this documentary comes from The Selfish Gene, in which Dawkins discussed the concept of memes.

Dawkins also argues that the process of non-thinking called faith is not a way of understanding the world, but instead stands in fundamental opposition to modern science and the scientific method, and is divisive and dangerous.

  • @00Kuja00 ..."becasue of evidence!" *BAAAM* right in the priest f*cking disgusting face! (yeah i am gay:P)

  • that priest is a big douch >.<

  • Haha! H2O, if you drink it, you go to hell!

  • Haha. "Jesus (or whoever wrote his lines)..." That made me laugh. :)

  • @123sonofagun He's being a good scientist. Listening to the arguments presented, to refute them properly, or, to accept them if they are solid.

  • @1v2f1j That really did make his arguments so much more valid, the fact that he was so smart while at the same time very witty and sharp. I love to watch his videos on here just as much as Dr. Dawkins'. My only regret is that there won't be any more from Hitch :(

  • @keasy84 I couldn't agree with you more. He had such an Anti-theist approach to everything. He could deff be an asshole sometimes but he had a strong element of entertainment that i think made him so popular, that and that we was a fricken raging genius

  • The dumb fuck doesn't seem to understand that Richard Dawkins doesn't have a problem with his faith, he has a problem with terrorizing young children with lies and inflicting his faith on others.... can you imagine the public outrage if an atheist family set up a "Reality House" where they had kids come in and learn about the truth?

  • I'm so glad that I escaped religion... I truly think that the internet will defeat it once and for all. Knowledge is the enemy of religion, and the internet is full of it.

  • I miss Hitch, he was confrontational and a downright jerk where Dr. Dawkins is much more calme and civil, and don't get me wrong I love Prof Dawkins, but Hitch would have trashed this douchebag and made him cry or something awesome like that
