What are those things flying around in the clip you ask? Many would rationalize that its a combination of dust, pollen, insects, air pollutants and potentially, an unclassified organism coined through popularity as Orbs.

Regardless of ones analytical or simplistic explanation of the many moving objects featured within the clip, the methodology can be copied by anybody because of the technology (Camera & Lamp), revealing what is truly there to observe.
