Surgery Wound

This is what my surgery wound looks like 3 days after my operation to put a defibrillator in my chest...I wish I had accepted the pain medication the day after the procedure...it was smarting a little. :-) This is what I get for playing too much Burnout. Hey man I'm a 15 year old kid with ARVD and an ICD, has this puppy fired on you yet?

@PushSkateCrew yes, I've had a couple episodes of it firing. Once it fired 3 times when I was pushing myself a little too hard, and then in Sept. '09 it went off 5 times in under 2 minutes while at the golf range, but they switched up my meds and I haven't had any "therapies" since. Good luck to you!

Yeah looks like it hurt... I got ARVD too.... got a machine put in in 1999... almost time for a change though.... so be looking like you again soon...

Thanks man. Good luck to you as well. Yeah, they told me about 8 years between replacements (hopefully the technology will improve to lengthen battery life :-) ). It hurt, but it wasn't intolerable...those aren't iodine stains though...good 'ole fashioned bruises. :-)

hey man i actually just got my ICD 3 weeks ago because i also have ARVD. and got my first shock (3) a couple days ago. My scar looked just like that after surgery.

camilo, I don't like it, but I heard of improvements on the 360 version, which I haven't played yet. No one owns tigbit. I can beat him, but only if he screws up, and only by a little.
