My Turkey hunt

I filmed and shot this Turkey on 5-10-08 in northern lower Michigan. I found out how hard it is to film your own hunt. when the hen comes in yelping right to my decoy the Gobblers follow. It appears that i shoot the jake but right behind him was the Longbeard. He just comes into view as i shoot. Awesome hunt. he was 20lbs almost a 8 inch beard and small half inch spurs. It was a lot of fun. I can't wait until next spring!

@LittaPikeFisherMan I have deep fryied them, cooked then in the slow cooker. But the next one I get i'm gonna injected with some seasoning over night and smoke it!!.

I had used a tripod and covered it w/ como netting. And also taped the camera w/ como tape.

do you have the garenteed hunt? or aren't you from Michigan? Thats what hunt I have. I'm hoping to do a little better of a job on filming my hunt this year. but thank you again for your comment.

Thanks for the comment on my twin jake video. Your turkey hunt was neat. Nice camera work. That takes talent to video your own hunt.
