A trip out of Aireside Bay Station in autumn 2007 on the daily goods pick-up. Filming and RC steam don't mix too well for one person - hence the diesel outline battery loco. The rain started just as I was filing too. But leaves on the track don't cause this railway any problems! Lots of moss on the north facing walls. Fascinating crank movement.

  • This is 45mm(G scale) right?

  • Sorry I didn't reply earlier

No this is 32mm scale 2ft gauge - Peco track. Home built Harlech Castle on an Essel Chassis. RCS radio control and a Maplin buzzer letmedown horn desperately needing a change but I cannt decide on whether a full sound card is justified/would be used

  • very good, nice long realistic line!

  • You are very kind - pity I can't spell - the title! As you will know the best effects are from realistic speeds - I reckon I was averaging about 6mph (scale)

  • Yeah, anything about about scale 20mph seems to look silly to me.
