Honestly were do these idiot's receiver their training. Law enforcement doesn't really attract the brightest and responsible people it should. i met a retired police officer who said he wishes he never became a police officers. And I asked why ?And he told me that he got paid peanuts and everyone hated him. And said it wasn't worth it.

OMFG! it's a tragic "Accident" they happen unfortunately to thousands of people every year. it's not a crime to have an accident even if people die because of it! I'm not saying motive or due cause shouldn't be tested by a justice...let's just keep it in perspective. My prayers go out to the victims family and the poor soul who struck her in the course of his duty to protect and serve everyone.
