@jbaldrar No, first of all, Republicans controlled BOTH The House and The Senate from 1993-2006. They also had the White House from 2000-2008, What exactly did they do in terms of domestic policy reform? Not to mention their utter failures in Foreign Policy. Secondly, Democrats lost 60 seats because according to the US Census Bureau of Labor Statistics only 25% of American Citizens were College Grads as of 2008!
