  • im 16 years, i workout 5 days a week doing this: 5sets 5x wide pull ups, 5 sets 5x biceps pull ups, 5 sets 20x crunches, then 2sets 5x 65kg bench press (shoulder wide grip) , after that 3sets 5x 75kg bench press (shoulder wide grip) , and 5sets 5x shoulder wide push ups. I don't train legs! I do this program every 5days, am i overtraining?

  • do not take 1 week off every 3 months. 1 week of no training would reduce your strength vastly if you work out regularly happens to me all the time if I go overseas etc and cant workout

  • the more i train, the better i feel. im trying now 21 days each day hard training one part (got 4-day cycle) and i feel like a god (im on 18/21). I dont take any roids. So this isnt general rule id say..

  • I work out for an hour doing intense training like 5 times a week and my muscles don't get sore or anything but at the gym they don't get rock solid and pumped even when i'm increasing the weight until I can't physically lift it anymore, I haven't gained any significant strength in about 3 months.
