A great all around horse!
Troy is a great little horse that you can do just about anything on. He is 12 years old and 14.2 hands tall. He is very quiet out on trails and rides great in the arena as well! This horse stays quiet and gentle, and is responsive enough to do just about anything on. We have Team Sorted on Troy, Team Roped, Barrel Raced and used him for all kinds of play day and gymkhana type events. Troy is a lot more athletic than I ever had thought he would be. He has jumped 2' 6" easily on the first day we ever tried jumping him! This is a great horse that has an awesome disposition. He stays honest, never tries to cheat you, and always tries to please his rider. All you have to do is ask Troy to do something for you, and he does it. This horse ties, stands quietly to bathe, groom, tack up, and mount. He trailers well and has no vices or bad habits. He has great hooves and is barefoot sound. This horse has been used on a ranch most of his life, he has tons of cattle experience. Awesome in rocky and rough terrain and is cactus savvy. If you are just wanting a quiet trail horse, a gymkhana / gaming horse, team sorting or rope prospect, or a jumper, please consider this guy. An awesome all around prospect, this is a super nice horse for the price!
