YouTube The Pro Bans me then LIES for 100 legit 10th prestige

This video is video evidence of the pro banning me and then LYING about it because he ASSUMED that I was a modded 10th Prestige in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on XBOX Live.

Here's the story.

untouchablee, NVGA OUTKAST, and myself had a 3 person party... we went and played the first MW2 match of the night. It was CTF. In the pre-game lobby one of the other players sarcastically mocks my 10th Prestige (rank 21) as though it's boosted/modded with "So how you liking that 10th prestige?". So despite having 3 horrible randoms on our team that go 1-10, 1-14, and 3-14 for K/D and the other team having 3 air supports and a predator missile for the beginning of the second round we still win 2-0. We back out after the match and add two more to our party for a total of 5. After chatting for a bit we go back into match making.

We get connected to another party of 6 who already had gone through their post-match intermission so the pre-match timer starts as soon as we join. One member of the other team goes "REGARDS! REGARDS! It's REGARDS!" We ended up playing against the same players we just beat 2-0.

Not 20 seconds into the map NVGA OUTKAST says "The Pro is on the other team... it's really him... i checked his bio..." So I go and check myself. Low and behold it is The Pro.

Not 10 seconds after closing the scoreboard I get disconnected from XBOX Live. I try to sign back in in disbelief that this is happening... what looked exactly like how the kid in the other famous "The Pro" banning video got banned.

I've been suspended until the 15th of next month... 15 days.

But why? It couldn't be because of trash talk or harrasment... i didn't even know The Pro was on the other team until the match started. Could it be because of my 100% LEGIT 10th Prestige??

One of the other players we added to our party got banned also for their NON-Legit 10th prestige... so I think that answers our question.

Get a message as shown in the video of The Pro LYING about suspending me and some other BS.

What happened.

1. The Pro who is friends with three of the guys on the other team we just played joins their party.
2. They tell him about "Regards" whom they just played who they claimed was a modded 10th prestige seeing as I was the only 10th prestige on the other team the previous match.
3. The Pro without a word bans the two of us for simply having 10th prestiges EVEN THOUGH MINE IS LEGIT as you can see in the previous video.
4. I send him a message saying I have proof (as seen in the video) asking him why he suspended me.
5. 45 Minutes later he finally replies with an OBVIOUS LIE about suspending me at all... telling me he took off the suspension (someone else must have given me) after checking my account... as though he were doing me a favor because we were both in the military.



I didn't know ASSUMING someone was a modded 10th prestige and then lying about it was part of the protocol that Microsoft said he follows.

I can't believe I defended this guy... let alone that he leads people in our military with this kind of integrity.

All he had to do was respond with "Sorry about that... etc etc etc" and I wouldn't have made this video... I mean why would I if I was on his side in the first place?

All that matters is Microsoft has all moderators' actions on record. No one is out to get or blame Microsoft. They simply need to take the appropriate actions. A lying moderator (or anyone) does not represent a company well.


BTW... Who else thinks that The Pro should be spending more time in Free For All matches going around banning BOOSTERS that ruin gameplay for others rather than banning people for a 10th prestige that doesn't affect the game for anyone else?

Me following boosters from map to map ruining their attempts is more affective than what The Pro does. Obviously those that have modded stats already have everything without ruining gameplay for others throughout and after the process of modding their stats while those that boost ruin gameplay for people every day.

The upside to all of this...
...I can now say I got banned for being just too damn good

[UPDATE]
Both GrouchyTRICKY1 and z Stevegunner z were in the original "Telling off The Pro" video that was heavily edited to make The Pro look like he was abusing his power where Microsoft claimed he had "followed protocol". Unfortunately here it is obvious he doesn't.
