1: Dude, read the history books. A loss is a loss. North Vietnam were victorious in reaching their objectives while USA was not.
2: Fighting insurgents is still a war. A ongoing war. Saying that "The Iraq War is over" is a insult to the Americans who are dying and fighting over there. They deserve to be recognized for fighting a ongoing war. It has not been won by the US. The sad thing is that The Iraq War is not winnable since it was the wrong Target that the corrupt Bush Admin chose to attack.

1. we only had a few troops in Vietnam when the south fell to the north, so WE didn't just lose some battle there and the north just pour into the south
2. we won against Iraq it self, we're fighting insurgents now, and we're even starting to pull out now
