I can't understand why the Moody Blues have not been inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They are true legends of musical talent and are a strong influence over all the years. I think the only band that has been together longer is the Rolling Stones.  Can anyone come up with the reason why they haven't been inducted?

isnt it amazing or amazingly stupid that rolling stone magazine, basically ripped these guys apart all the time, and HERE they are ( or "were" since ray left, ), rolling stone mag sucks. Look and see the young girl dancing with, i suspect her mom. WOW that is how the moodies have survived and flourished and there music will live on with the younger generations!

After seeing some of there concerts from early in the decade and a concert last year, all I can say is it's amazing how, as they get older, they sound even better than they did before.

One of the best bands in rock history. They have written some of the best songs of all time. Ray Thomas is a legend. As for being inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame. The Moody Blues should have been one of the first. When you look at some of the 'no talent' inductees over the years, I would not get to concerned, the Rock and Roll Hall of fame does not have much credibility.

who ares about that rag, yes its interviews stories but the writers have bias, and the critics have their own favs, so who cares.

as to the whole "rock and roll hall of fame' is it a people choice thing? peer review by other artists, no its a bunch of selfappoited self important booobs. its kind of like a sandcastle buidling contest, someone calls it" the world sandcastle contest", holds the contest and they appoint their friends as the judges.where is the validity?
