Revolutionizing the American Psyche in regards to bettering Intergroup relations...

In April 2007, we came out with the book 20th Century American Struggle 21st Century Hope which focuses on bettering intergroup relations. The book not simply addresses the race issues, but gender, cultural and religious issues, stereotypes and perceptions, how preconceived notions are developed... We spent some nine years putting this together. The big question for us was to do more than to provide information. There's plenty of that around.
Our approach is to not blame whites, blacks, males, females, Christians or Muslims or others. But to identify solutions. This video clip shows a glimpse of how we function and make decisions unconsciously based on our preconceived notions. We hold seminars and workshops where people from all color groups, genders, religions et cetera are brought together where everyone goes through a series of exercises and experiences and learn how to consciously recognize our own preconceived notions and stereotypes and then how to go beyond them to develop healthy relations with all at home, in communities, at work and any place we interact with people. We call our workshop/seminar "Insight Beyond Sight."
We are share this small world yet we cannot get along with each other. Too many tensions, conflicts going on. Why are we all functioning on preconceived notions and making decisions based without actually giving it a second thought.... We all need to gain "Insight Beyond Sight" and start fresh without any preconceived notions.
