I liked this a lot... It really helped me get through my first mile like it was a breeze. And since the first mile is always the hardest for me, the other miles easily followed suit. Also, it seems really easy to scale this up to a longer workout if needed by adjusting the time spent on each exercise. I had a short 2.5m run today, so I'll definitely try this again for my longer runs.
Great. These are simple exercises that anyone can do. The video gives clear instructions on how to do each step. I wish I'd seen this video earlier.

This is a short, but very much effective pre-run warm up exercise. I do this warm up before run, and it helps a lot.
