  • @Mission145Sexy Stay accountable-tell people about your journey so they can help you stay in line. Dont think about it, just do it(that phrase helped me). I knew that if I kept going, I was guaranteed to see the results i want, so even on the days when I didn't feel like working out, I did something.

  • Thanks for the encouragement. I told my daughter about your counting the calories you burn while exercising and she's doing the same already. I went online and got a printout of the different exercises and the calories burned by doing them. I will be following in your foot steps soon. Keep going strong cause you're a great moitvator.
