I think the difference would be Obama was bragging by saying "I" 29 times when he announced Bin Laden was killed. Bush, on the other hand, made a special trip to congratulate and heap praise on his military and never took personal responsibility for any part of their success up to that time. The Bush administration captured or killed more high value terrorists than Obama. If you mean we're now kissing the ass of 3rd world leaders, or bowing to them, then yeah, Obama is world class.
