10. I Want To Break Free (Queen-Live In Brussels: 6/17/1986)

I guess wishes do come true! Originally, this concert's quality was very rough, and very distant. Although, it was one of my favorite Magic Tour concerts, I couldn't enjoy it 100%, because of the quality. Now, thanks to a very kind taper from this concert, we have this concert in excellent quality! Originally, this concert played slightly too slow, and was in mono sound. My remaster has corrected those flaws! The concert is 100% complete, and there is a nice atmosphere with the Belgian audience! Now that this concert is in great quality, we can actually hear Freddie much better, and can analyze his voice!

Since it's still early in the tour, Freddie's voice is in great shape overall! His voice is starting to develop more chest power (compared to previous concerts), and since it's still fairly clean (not really raspy like Paris, or the later gigs), Freddie often produces some KILLER chest voice belts! He delivers probably his best rendition of In The Lap Of The Gods...Revisited on this tour (he doesn't yelp/shout the notes, plus he sings closed vowels)! Other worthy mentions are Tear It Up (he aces B4s and a C#5), Under Pressure, Another One Bites The Dust, Now I'm Here, Bohemian Rhapsody (orgasmic 1st verse), Crazy Little Thing Called Love, We Will Rock You (best ever version on this tour), and We Are The Champions! The Impromptu is also wicked! The rest of the band are in top form as well!
