He died earlier this year at his Manhattan apartment.The official says investigators from the Drug Enforcement Administration suspect the oxycodone and hydrocodone found in his system were obtained with phony prescriptions or from other illegal sources.The official says the other drugs that resulted in what the medical examiner called "acute intoxication" were prescribed legally. Authorities have obtained a subpoena that could force Olsen to appear before a grand jury if negotiations with her lawyer fail.

Read the news, people. Just cause she asked for immunity doesn't mean she had anything to hide. Her lawyer wanted immunity because the DEA was out to pin the blame on a scapegoat, even though she was innocent. FACT is the U.S. Justice Dept AND the NYPD were mad at the DEA for pursuing an investigation in which there was not even a hint of criminalty on anyone's part.
