I'm sorry but is Wiilover(?) actually honest in his belief that the feds could regulate games in any effective way that won't cost way too much and in the end be used as an excuse by any hack politician to try to ban all violent games?
Could the system be better and more effective? Of course, but it would be folly to think that the government could be that answer because the minute you give them that inch they will take a mile and so forth.
