Seriously cool!

Nice work Kevin, 5 star
When you are laying out the 4 edges of the door and all the curves that are inside the door, do you allow for some type of "shiftage" or bending during the welding process?
In other words, when you make the weld, does it sometimes pull the piece in or push it out?
Please post final video when it is done.
Take care

Do things move when I am welding?? Oh God do they move!
I have BIG corner clamps for doing the 90 degree work. I just tack the corners together until I have the whole thing. Then I clamp the work to the bench. If I can't reach with a clamp I will weld the work to the bench and just cut it loose later.
The hardest lesson I have learned is to not get in a hurry. Weld here then over there. Work both sides of the piece if I can to even out the heat. Let things cool off every few minutes.
