I have very bad chronic back pain. My Pain is where James tatoo is on the left side of my upper back. In the muscle. Where would I put the patch. Or what are the different locations that would help me? thanks

Tucker, here is a video I made to teach people how to use the LifeWave IceWave patches for back pain. If you have leg pain, then at the 6 o'clock position, you can put the second patch all the way down on the top of the foot. This position works very well for pain running down the leg which often happens with herniated discs that you are describing. Hope that helps!

what is the science involved with these patches? Should have used a real back pain sufferer instead of a fake one. I'm not convinced at all, it actually comes across very placebo if at all anything. By the way I'm an acupuncturist.

As a medical doctor, I really needed to know there was double-blind placebo controlled (independent) trials done on Lifewave, and there are many. You can go on the lifewave website to read the studies. The most important thing for me is that it has made my life better and those of my patients. It would be unethical for me not to share Lifewave with others. As an acupuncturist I'm sure you've had many doctors disbelieve in what you do, so I'm sure you can understand my conviction. Best, Dr. Karen

First start with the tan patch over top of the muscle pain and white on the chest. After 10 seconds move around and see if that is better. If not, you can move the white patch around the tan at 12, 2, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. Then you can try the white patch on the chest opposite to the tan patch. If that doesn't work, you can swap the patches and do the whole clock protocol again. Remember, you need to be hydrated. I find the IceWave works great on muscle spasm and individual trigger points.
