These lotteries are rigged. They puncture the balls with tiny holes, and then they inject the balls that they want to be picked with Radium. So, when their super computers have taken in all the number combonations that have been selected by the each lottery player, they can then spew out any combonation, that has not been picked ! Wa La !!! The lottery fix is in. Sorry guys, hate to break this to you. But remember the saying - You never get anything for free in the world. Words to live by.
