This is a prophetic speech by Dr. Rand Paul. He called for 10,000 in Minneapolis. There were 15,000 of us there. And now today, Aug. 20, 2009, his moneybomb for the Senate run in Kentucky raised $450,000 in 24 hours. He's going to win in Nov. 2010, after winning the Republican primary in just 9 months from now. Kentucky, and America, is on fire for Rand Paul.

I don't think he's announced a run yet. He's said he might run if the incumbent doesn't run for re-election.
