Article: http://www.alexandriamasters.com/read.htm From: http://www.youtube.com/user/gussinajninen I get cramps a lot when I swim, usually, usually in cold water and maybe because Im tense/freezing, and they come pretty quickly and lasts until I get to the shore , very annoying :/ do u have any tips of like medicine / massage for the feet?
Great video. I always get very bad cramps in my legs while i'am swimming, and once I almost drowned, because I couldn't move my feet (they were hurting a lot), and I have to try to get to shore safely using just my arms.
I recommend just sitting out and massaging the muscle until it gets better, then just take it easy in the water. then, after a while, when you think your healed enough, try swimming again.
Thanks man, yeah I heard that Magnesium would be good for that, however bananas was something new, and I like them now also, lol. It is usually some of my toes that gets the cramp, to be more specific, but it leads up to the foot aswell, it feels like they are going to come off or something, thx again
