I agree with Gattawon. Your main jobs as uke are to attack well and try to keep your balance (stand up). If nice, flowing ukemi comes as a result of that then so be it. If it doesn't then meh, so be it.

The katate dori looks way too cooperative. I agree, this looks more like a variation of iriminage, and with the number of times she goes under his armpit, I don't see why she doesn't just blend right into Sankyo or Yonkyo...

this is something between "katate dori irimi nage" and "katate dori kokyu nage" (both in "gedan" form), but it's not "tenchi nage"!
