  • I witnessed a series of dancing lights in the right side of long meg in the late 80's watched them in the mist for 10-15 minutes awesome place

  • the hawthorn tree has been cut down.

  • It is interesting with 'Henges with raised banks will create a very 'local' in the middle sunrise and sunset through the year it would be intereristing to see that plotted out for appropriate places.

  • terrific film...thank you for posting......more please

    xxx

  • theres a 25-30ft circle on dean moor oppisote the old pub , but some farmer a long time ago put a dry stone wall right through the exact middle of it....council planning was as good then as it is now..lol

  • Brilliant Video ~ interesting facts about circles I knew little about before!

PS Beware of getting trampled by cows!

  • How come you didn't comment on Castlerigg ? That place is truly monumental !

  • Castlerigg blew my mind away when I was about fifteen or sixteen. The weather was crazy with dark clouds and sunlight making the landscape move about, rain pelting brightly against the stones with a continuous blasting wind, it fried my brain, in a good way.

  • Excellent video and beautiful images, thanks for posting.
