This is film music I created as a college project for the fight scene Ziyi Zhang vs. Michelle Yeoh from the film 'Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon'. One of the best fight scenes in movie history so far :).

The soundtrack I've named Battle of the Bloods. All music is entirely composed by me (Jason Hawkins) a.k.a Hyperaptive using Logic. Its features a mixture of orchestral sound, japanese/ethnic sound and electro/techno elements. Using String ensembles, Brass ensembles, Orchestral precussions, chiors, asian drum kits, japanete instruments, Destruction drum kits & electro synths.

No loops where used at all in the making of this music. All Sound FX have been re-added by myself ontop of the film music, so sorry if they're not up to the standards of the original film lol.

This whole composition took me roughly 10 hours to do altogether during hours at college.
