@roguequokka And the proof that it will work is how much the Tobacco companies are spending on advertising against this legislation.
Would you have started smoking in the first place if today's advertising restrictions and plain packagng were in force back then?

2 years since I quit that horrible shit. I used to buy cheap smokes and put them in a Peter Stuyvesant pack. I know it sounds pretty pathetic but how many of us wear Levi jeans just for the label when Target jeans would be just as good? Marketing plays a HUGE role in selling this poisonous shit and big tobacco knows it. I am 100% behind plain packaging legislation!!!
