  • sperdoch , in cell B5 put formula: =SUM(B2:B4). Then in cell C2 put forumla: = B2/$B$5 and copy it down. That will yield the percentages.

  • Nice tip. Is there an easy/efficient way to show the percentages of cost for all 3? So for example, Column C could be labeled "Percentage" and then "Aldo would represent 45%
