Air Pacific 747 Hard Landing because of a windshear. The windspeed dropped off about 60 feet over the runway.

  • There were wind shear warnings that day. Most the airplanes on the 5 mile final approach were dropping too low and having to regain altitude. It was pretty interesting to watch. I dont know anything about Air Pacific, what dont you like about them?

  • @squadlyfer111 Because of what " appeared "to be a hard landing? I just flew with them to and from LAX. The best transpacific flights I have ever made. Excellent service with a smile.

  • How do you know it was because of a windshear?? either way that looked HARD! wont fly air pacific
