Slow Solar Drag Racer, 2006

Here is the slowest version 1.0 of Brooks Solar's dragsters. Brooks Solar's later year racers were much faster. This was taken during the 2nd annual solar drag race held in June of 2006. Solar dragsters have no batteries and are powered only by the amount of sun they collect over the 250 meter distance. Hello igorg003, it goes as long as the sun is shining. There are no batteries so the vehicles have no place to store any charge.
