well back then FIK gave us only the top 3 of the votings, and though Rosela Gjylbegu and Arbër Arapi both returned by themselves and got great results (including a 2nd place for Rosela in 2007) they did not make it to the top 3 that year.. Jonida Maliqi got 3rd (she got 4th in 2008 and made it to BoNF 08), Luiz Ejlli got 2nd (he won FIK 2006 and got second in 2009) and Ledina Çelo won !
