Battle Tap is a "ready to use" version of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), an acupressure based self-help tool that can help resolve undesired emotions, cravings, and thoughts associated with memories.
First, choose a memory or a craving that you would like to resolve. Identify which emotion you are feeling when you are thinking about it, unless it's simply a "craving".
Rate the intensity of your emotion from 0-10 (max).
Then, just tap along and repeat the phrases after the speaker, substituting in your own reminder phrase (i.e. "John disrespected me") whenever you see [____] on the screen.
After the video, re-evaluate the intensity of your emotions again from 0-10.
Most people will feel some resolution. If you are one of them, keep a journal of your topics and continue tapping!
