Pumping gas at Mr. Mike's Mobil, Main Street, Leominster Ma..
Filling about 1/2 tank's worth @ $9. Amount derived from price per gallon, and where the needle lies on the fuel guage.
I also show you tricks on how to actually GET a full tank! The three-stop rule, as well as exhausting the vapors that get pushed up as fuel takes it's place.

  • Why do you fill up so frequently? $6, $7, $9, $10, $11 here and there? Just let it go to empty and fill instead of filling daily?

  • @ryanmajor2

Fuel-efficient cars don't take too much.

Found out the fuel guage was highly inacurate. It's telling me it's 1/4 full, when in reality, it was over 1/2. Found this out, because my new car has the same tank size, and the numbers add up on this one. In this case, with the newer car, the stops are around $20, maybe 1 to 3 less.

  • Can i just say, i live in the UK, and it makes me laugh that your saying about the gas companies jackin the price up to $2.69! Over here we pay £1.35 a litre. 1L = 4.54 Gallons. Thats £6.13 a Gallon. £6.13 in USD = $9.45 a Gallon!!!! (i know your comments two years old now but still your paying over half as much less than us!) Just spare a thought for me next time your filling your car up! LOL. Good vids btw.

  • @rzlosty

WELL aware of the higher prices over there. It used to almost be a 4:1 difference in our favor.

    I ESPECIALLY feel for Euopeans.

Always did it that way. I'd HATE to pump, and forget to pay.....

  • "pre-paid"... Nice!

  • The best part of that is, when I came home, it was $2.69! One thing is for sure, the oil companies are in no hurry to drop the price, but has no problem jacking it up.

  • $2.63 Wow..NICE!!! Its $3.07 here
