i heard they actually won against jc penny
after being caught shop lifting police were called but no charges were filed. They later accused the store security of physicly and sexually assualting them. JC penny settled out of court with the family. However during the 2005 trial the kids admitted they lied to help their mother get money

The truth shall prevail which is why he was found innocent by an all white jury!
