it is her singing, in many interviews she says how the directer got her to do it live.

she nails the look. yes, but her films are so, predictable. why does she keep doing these period pieces. shes proved she can nail the period rolls but the plots are so Zzzzzz. and the singing, its a bit, plain. maybe just, stick to the acting kiera.

Not enough diligence in the research of the song. She's singing the melody quite wrong. Incorrect notes on the line "The stars were in her eyes"... she, in fact is singing the lower harmony line to the real melody (As per the composer that is)

She wanted to do this movie but her mum said that she would HAVE to sing in it and she did!
-
she had to train to sing like this, she doesn't speak like this normally, but you can train to get your voice that high pitched.

Talented, funny and adorable, I am in love

She REALLY kick ass *nailed* this role.

She really nails the 20s-30s voice and look! I could swear she was right out of the era :-) And her voice really is quite nice!
-
She sounds like one of the princesses from those old Disney movies, such as Snow White. I like it.

Damn the typos, meh..

huh, I agree with kasvindar, how can you not see all the extrodinary movies she's in, "Atonement is one of the best movies I've ever seen, she's a brillant actor, to say such things may come from jealousy, The language today, to use such words and expressions on a daily bases, god, I wish I was born in a different era, were wit was valued and cursing was used only in extreme cases, and when you fell in love, it was a permenet, unchangable thing, I hope you never expirence love, you low life shit
