Much Later that Night: work car

Intentional limited traction launches. We made it into the final round that night, but an electrical relay failure led to being backed out during pre-stage for dropping water. Four identical E.T.'s provoked the officials to give us some "alone time" with the track. Pity can work for you on occasion. So off to the truckstop to "dirty up" the tires and back for a few cold tire/cold track launches.
Next stop the U.S. Street Machine Nationals. No car show for the Dart, We were there to hunt. I'm VERY proud to say that Not one single car beat us on the street. If they had the power to they couldn't hook. And if they had the traction, it was a lack of power that helped them get it. Not bad for 26X8 incn M&H Racemasters.
