the last flag shown is the flag real life black beard had on his ship for those who dont know, blackbeard really did exist in the years 1700 ... the flag with a skeleton piercing a heart. And blackbeard did die before an Admiral. his head was hanged after that...

@Drakerla Actually, Captain Edward Teague (Jack's dad btw) was a Pirate Lord. Pirate Lord of Madagascar. The title has since been abolished when Teague became Keeper of the Code and his son Jack got a place as Lord of the Caribbean after his predecessor, Don Rafael was shot in the back by Christoph-Julien de Rapier (under the command of Borya "Boris" Palachnik, Lord of the Caspian and Barbossa's predecessor).
